Ray Maples grew up in South Georgia, raised by his hardworking mother and grandmother, who instilled in him the values of perseverance, integrity, and service to others. Their influence shaped his lifelong commitment to standing up for people who need a strong advocate by their side.

Ray began his legal career at a prominent Atlanta firm, where he handled personal injury litigation for large corporations and insurance companies. But it didn’t take long for him to realize that his true calling wasn’t defending corporations — it was fighting for people. He saw how often individuals were overpowered simply because big companies had more money and influence, and he knew he wanted to level that playing field. That’s when his “David vs. Goliath” story began.

For more than twenty-five (25) years, Ray has devoted his practice to representing victims of catastrophic injury, wrongful death, nursing home neglect and abuse, trucking accidents, serious car collisions, and defective products. Under his leadership, his team of dedicated lawyers and staff have secured hundreds of millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements, helping clients rebuild their lives with dignity and strength.

Outside the courtroom, Ray is devoted to his wife Julie and his four children - 2 and 2 bonus children!. He loves traveling with family, cheering on the Oklahoma City Thunder, and following all things OU.
