Joseph Albert
Joseph Albert was raised in Elk City, Oklahoma, where he learned the value of hard work, accountability, and looking out for others. Growing up in a close-knit community shaped his belief that when someone is injured, they deserve an advocate who will stand firmly in their corner.
Joseph began his legal career representing insurance companies and corporate defendants in insurance defense and products liability matters. Through that experience, he gained firsthand insight into how claims are evaluated, defended, and resolved. Over time, he made the deliberate decision to use that knowledge to advocate for individuals and families facing serious injuries, leveling the playing field against well-resourced opponents.
Joseph earned his law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, continuing a proud family tradition as the seventh member of his family to graduate from the institution. That legacy reflects his deep roots in Oklahoma and reinforces his long-standing commitment to serving others.
Today, Joseph represents victims of catastrophic injury, wrongful death, nursing home neglect and abuse, trucking accidents, serious car collisions, and defective products. He brings disciplined preparation, strategic focus, and clear communication to every case he handles. Proud to serve the state that shaped him, Joseph approaches each matter with small-town values, meticulous attention to detail, and determined advocacy.
Outside the office, Joseph stays closely connected to Oklahoma life — spending time outdoors, with family, and supporting the Oklahoma Sooners and the Oklahoma City Thunder. Those roots continue to shape both his life and his work.
