The vehicle flew 75 feet into the air and struck the side of a creek embankment. It then rolled once before stopping in the creek bed.<\/p>\n<p>The woman was last seen alive at a business the day before the incident.<!--more--> <\/p>\n<p>Investigators found she did not have her seatbelt on when the crash occurred.
