Jim Franklin has devoted his entire career to representing victims of injury and death cases. He is licensed to practice law in Oklahoma (1987) and Texas (1992). He has extensive experience in handling all stages of client cases, from pre-lawsuit settlement negotiations to lawsuit, trial, and post-trial matters, including appeal. Each client case is different and Mr. Franklin has years of experience in tailoring case specific strategies.
Mr. Franklin has successfully handled numerous medical malpractice, nursing home neglect and abuse, and defective products cases. Clients who have suffered brain injuries, and families who have suffered injuries to their children, or loss of a child, are part of Mr. Franklin’s work experience.
Jim is licensed by the Oklahoma Supreme Court and all Oklahoma state courts. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, including the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
He is licensed by the Texas Supreme Court and is licensed to practice in all Texas state courts. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, including the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
